The question

How might an on-call engineer understand a multi-service incident before context switching erodes the response window?

I modeled logs, metrics, and traces around a shared incident timeline and designed progressive detail instead of another dense dashboard.

The mock pilot reduced the median path from alert to suspected service and gave responders one shared source of context.

Observability becomes useful when it shortens a decision, not when it maximizes the number of charts.
