The question

Can a route recommendation communicate confidence without overwhelming someone on the move?

I designed confidence bands, transfer-risk cues, and fallback routes around realistic service interruptions.

The prototype is being used to test when additional transparency improves rather than slows a decision.

Confidence should change the interface, not live as a footnote beneath it.
